How do I reserve rental items for my event?
Browser our Crescent Lufkin Measuring & Layout Tools, select an item, and click on [Add To Cart]. Provide requested details and click [Submit]. You will receive a quote within minutes to a few hours. You can contact us at (408) 212-6077 or [email protected] if you have any questions or need immediate assistance.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend that you reserve your rental items as early as possible even if it may be months in advance. Rental items are reserved on a first come basis.
Do you Deliver? Can I pick up rental items myself?
Yes, we deliver to San Jose, Campbell, Saratoga, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Mountain View, Los Gatos, Los Altos, and other areas in Silicon Valley.Our delivery fee is calculated per mile, and we will include this cost in your quote.
You have the option to will-call (pick up the rental items yourself). Choose the option that best suits your needs and makes your rental experience hassle-free.

How do I determine the quantity of rental items I need for my event?
Our experienced team can assist you in assessing your event needs. Factors like the number of guests, type of event, and venue space play a role in determining the appropriate quantity of rental items.
Is it possible to modify or cancel my order?
You have the flexibility to make changes (additions or subtractions) to your order up to 7 days before your event date. For cancellations, we recommend doing so as early as possible. Restocking fees will apply based on the timing of the cancellation. No charges will be incurred if the customer cancels 30 days prior to the delivery date. Non-refundable restocking fees are applicable as outlined below:
25% fee for cancellations within 30 days of delivery
50% fee for cancellations within 7 days of delivery
75% fee for cancellations within 24 hours of delivery
Do you offer custom packages or discounts for larger events?

Are there additional fees for delivery, setup, and take-down services?

Can I view the rental items in person before making a reservation?
Absolutely! We encourage customers to check out our rental items in person. Schedule an appointment with our team, and we’ll be happy to showcase our offerings and assist you in making informed decisions.
Are there any restrictions on where I can set up the rental items?
We provide flexibility in setting up rental items at various locations, but certain restrictions may apply. It’s essential to communicate your venue details, including any access or space limitations, to ensure a smooth setup process.
What happens if there is damage to the rental items during my event?
Accidents happen. We understand that minor wear and tear may occur. However, significant damages or losses may result in additional charges. Review our rental agreement for details on the responsibility for damages and associated fees.
Can I extend my rental period once the event has started?
Please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss any adjustments to your rental duration, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Subject to availability.
